Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

You can be successful and capable but still feel exhausted, foggy or like you’re running on empty. I help busy women restore energy, resilience and health through real, nourishing food.

I’m not your typical nutritionist. My work is rooted in a principle both simple and often overlooked: that the food we eat is the foundation of how we feel, think and function each day.

My approach is shaped by my own experience of recovering from painful autoimmune arthritis and a debilitating inflammatory lung condition. When conventional options felt limited, I turned to traditional, nutrient-dense foods and experienced firsthand how profoundly the body can respond when it is properly nourished.

Today, I work with busy women who want to feel well again, but are overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Together, we strip things back to what actually works: real, recognisable food that humans thrive on, prepared in traditional ways that support energy, clarity and longterm vibrant health. Just as importantly, we move away from the modern, ultra-processed products that are marketed as food, but often leave people depleted, inflamed and stuck in cycles of low energy and poor resilience.

If you’re wondering whether what you eat could be the missing piece in how you feel, let’s talk. I’d be happy to share what’s possible and how we can apply it to your life.

When I am not living, breathing and consuming all things foodie-related, you will find me reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, dancing like it’s still the ’90s and trying to tidy my office.

Every Co-Women member is free to take my online Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire which contains over 300 targeted questions covering diet, lifestyle and current symptoms. Its purpose is to identify potential nutritional deficiencies, organ system imbalances and overall health trends.
