Having hated PE as a child, a career as a personal trainer was not on the bingo card for Becky… until she found strength training aged 30 and it was instrumental in her subsequent recovery from a sarcoma.
Becky qualified as a cancer specialist in 2021, and a COPD specialist in 2024. She works with people of all genders who are either working on rehab, or just looking to change their opinion of themselves and the gym. Becky believes that everyone can get stronger at any age, and works from each individual’s starting point to make sure that this happens!
She’s experienced in working with neurodivergent people, as well as those with complex health issues. All client relationships start with a free, no obligation consultation to check that she is the right fit for you. Each session lasts one hour and the frequency is up to you and your budget – Becky can accommodate those who wish to train weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Away from the gym, Becky loves to use her two passports as frequently as possible, and is a passionate consumer of cheese. If you’d like to talk film and TV, start by telling her your favourite female-directed film, and make sure you’re up to date on the latest series of Race Across the World or Strictly.
This is strength training, but not like you’ve experienced it before. Come and join in!
