I love to use comedy for confidence, reframing traumatic experiences or bad days, learning how to find the funny in life and cultivate a positive, optimistic attitude.

You will find me seeking out fun events to promote or produce, as well as putting on my own workshops and events.

I am a connector, and I love nothing more than to boost people and lift spirits, you will notice that I am always cracking a joke and seeing life as a chance to write material and practice it.

I'm a proud Pollyanna with a fire in her belly, and I'm learning how to be a leader and make waves in my industries and communities.
