Jo is a passionate connector of people, attuned empath and highly skilled communicator.

Jo is the founder of Co-Women, the social events community that brings joyful social occasions to women who work hard. There's nothing Jo loves more than bringing successful business women together to enjoy specially curated and unique events and get some well deserved social time with like-minded women.

Co-Women strives to take care of the busy woman's social life while she takes care of business, offering weekly social events, networking opportunities and moral support. As well as carefully curated events, members benefit from coworking days in venues across Sussex, daily support in the WhatsApp group, promotional opportunities and a chance to guest blog for the community audience.

Membership is currently open for Sussex women in business, and regular events take place in Brighton, Hove, Horsham, Hassocks and Worthing.

Jo is also a counsellor and NLP practitioner, and currently training to specialise in therapeutic practice with young care leavers. Jo currently works part time with young care leavers in West Sussex alongside training.
