Joyfully Different
Throughout her career as a marketer and branding specialist, Alice Reeves has worked with fast-paced startups and established global businesses across almost every sector. She has experience working client-side, agency-side, and as a freelancer before co-founding and growing The Joyful, a successful brand and marketing agency, for five years.
In 2021, Alice was diagnosed with ADHD, a discovery that transformed the way she works and connects with others. Now, as Co-Founder and Director of Joyfully Different, she supports neurodivergent individuals in starting and growing their own businesses through a vibrant online community, events, programs, and workshops designed specifically for neurodivergent leaders and founders.
In 2024, Alice joined Experts for Expats as their Brand and Marketing Director, where she helps expats around the globe navigate the complexities of moving, living, and working abroad.
Alice is deeply passionate about diversity, inclusion, and raising awareness of mental health and neurodiversity. She serves as an ambassador for Beat, the UK's eating disorder charity, and is the Founder and Host of Women In Business Worthing. Additionally, she is a Non-Executive Director for SIC and the author of the Truth & Tails children's book series, which celebrates diversity, promotes social inclusion, and builds understanding of each other's differences.
