Hello! I’m Adrienne Say, your guide to rediscovering balance and joy through holistic life coaching. Integrating the transformative practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation with life coaching, I help women navigate the crucial crossroads of their lives.


Navigating life’s changes can often leave us feeling lost and uncertain. It’s a profound struggle when you know deep down that something needs to shift, yet you can’t pinpoint where to start. My approach is personal and intuitive, blending one-on-one yoga, tailored life coaching, Ayurvedic insights, and meditation to guide you back to your vibrant, energetic self.


My own path shifted dramatically after years as a globe-trotting fashion buyer for a major retailer. The relentless demands of my career peaked when I had to travel to Hong Kong while still on maternity leave and I knew something had to change, the stress and acute anxiety made me stop and reassess the direction of my life. Seeking a more fulfilling existence, I trained as a Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and became a certified Chopra Total Well-being Coach.


In addition to my yoga classes and coaching offerings, this year, I introduced the Women’s Wellbeing Circles held monthly in Horsham, and we made made a guest appearance at the Brighton Yoga Festival, where our circle was so powerful that a witness heard the echoes of our collective Ōṁs as far as Hove! These monthly circles in Horsham focus on shared themes that inspire, rejuvenate, and connect us.


Outside of coaching, my passions include being outdoors as much as possible, dancing at festivals, cold water swimming, zipping around on my 125cc scooter, and prepping my camper for new adventures.
