Katy Bradshaw Acupuncture

Meet Katy Bradshaw, a trauma-informed acupuncturist based in Brighton. With years of experience, Katy has witnessed firsthand how acupuncture can transform physical and mental well-being. She creates a safe space for her clients to pause, reflect, and tune into their bodies, facilitating healing and personal growth. Art & Soul

Claire Fearon, the founder of Art & Soul, is an artist and coach dedicated to unlocking creative potential and inner wisdom. Now residing in the countryside just outside Brighton, Claire offers intuitive coaching, bespoke day retreats, and workshops designed to inspire and empower. Her holistic programs provide a nurturing space for self-discovery and expressive freedom, helping individuals connect with their creativity and intuition. Lisa Westbury Coaching

Lisa Westbury is a professional coach with 14 years of experience in supporting women’s career potential and team development. She specialises in systemic, somatic, and career coaching techniques, creating safe spaces for clients to gain clarity, increase confidence, and step into their talents. Lisa is passionate about collaboration and supporting women through various life and career phases. Britton and Time Solicitors

Theresa Wright is a Family Law Solicitor at Britton and Time Solicitors, with offices in Brighton and London. Since qualifying in 2021, Theresa has focused on family law to guide clients through challenging times. She handles cases involving children, divorce, protection orders, and property, with a special interest in supporting women who need protection from abusive partners. We Are Sisterhood

Lizzy, the heart behind We Are Sisterhood, has been passionate about the beauty and wellness industry since childhood. Offering a range of treatments including makeup lessons, spray tans, luxurious facials, lash lifts, and brow treatments, Lizzy believes beauty goes beyond the surface. It’s about confidence, relaxation, and joy. She also volunteers at a charity supporting women undergoing chemotherapy with beauty and skincare workshops. Route1Fitness

Anna Banton, co-owner of Route1Fitness in Crawley, has transformed her passion for health and fitness into a fulfilling career. Originally from Sweden, Anna was a nurse before retraining as a personal trainer. Along with her business partner Dawn McCurry, Anna offers personalised training, nutrition, and lifestyle support. They focus on creating a supportive gym community where members can achieve their fitness goals and improve their well-being. Outside of work, Anna enjoys walking, listening to podcasts, and indulging in coffee.

Dawn McCurry, also a co-owner of Route1Fitness, brings a diverse background in HR, beauty therapy, and fitness coaching. Together with Anna, she has created a welcoming environment at their semi-private gym, offering individualised workout plans and nutrition advice. Dawn’s dedication to her clients is evident in her commitment to helping them build healthy habits and enjoy a lifetime of fitness. In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, listening to true crime podcasts, and playing the piano.


Optimise Nutrition

Chloe Crellin, founder of Optimise Nutrition, is on a mission to impact lives by promoting health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset. With plans to open ten nutrition clubs in the next five years, Chloe offers career pathways for members to transform their health and help others while building their own communities. She is passionate about developing people and changing lifestyles, focusing on health, wellness, and community building.
