We are beyond thrilled to announce that Co-Women has been voted second in the first round of the Brighton Girl Community Awards! This recognition means so much, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us. But the journey isn’t over yet—voting is now open for the next stage, and with your help, we can make it to the final!

The Brighton Girl Awards, founded by Pippa Moyle of the City Girl Network, celebrate outstanding businesses, initiatives, and communities led by women in Brighton. These awards are unique because they are entirely voted for by the public, making every nomination and win truly meaningful.
To be recognised in the Top Ten Communities category is an honour, but securing a top spot in the next round could be a game-changer for Co-Women. The final round of voting is open until 6th March, and finalists will be announced on 8th March, with the winners revealed on 27th March.
Why This Matters for Women in Business
Winning an award like this would shine a spotlight on Co-Women, helping us expand our reach, grow our business networking opportunities, and attract potential sponsors. Sponsorship is a crucial step towards achieving our mission—making Co-Women more accessible to women who need us the most, particularly those from marginalised communities.
At Co-Women, we believe in creating an inclusive and empowering space for women in business. We provide support, mentorship, and networking opportunities that help female entrepreneurs thrive. Recognition in the Brighton Girl Awards would amplify our ability to foster meaningful connections and provide even more resources to our members.
