Nathalie Sansonetti - Nutritional Therapist & Coach at NewLeafNutrition & Coaching

Nathalie Sansonetti, affectionately known as the 'gut whisperer,' is a renowned Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years of experience. Her holistic approach to health focuses on gut wellness, which she identifies as the seat of many bodily imbalances. Through her private practice, Nathalie assists clients in transforming their relationships with food, allowing them to enjoy a variety of foods without discomfort. Her philosophy, "It’s not what you eat, it’s how you eat it, and how you feel when you eat," reflects her belief that food should never be seen as the enemy. Inspired by luminaries such as Dr. J Dispenza and Wayne Dyer, Nathalie continues to explore the profound impact of the mind over the body. Outside of her practice, she is an avid swimmer and traveller, passionate about learning and sharing her knowledge on the power of holistic health.

Maria Adriana’s journey from a political refugee to a facilitator of personal transformation is nothing short of inspirational. Having spent much of her life grappling with self-doubt and people-pleasing tendencies, Maria discovered the powerful concept of tension-resolution structures, which revolutionised her approach to life and work. Today, she offers online courses that simplify these complex theories, helping others achieve tangible results in their personal and professional lives. Maria's work extends into corporate environments where she advocates for innovative leadership and organisational structures that foster genuine growth and learning.

Emma - Founder of Declutter and Flourish

Emma, founder of Declutter and Flourish, offers a bespoke organising service that transforms chaos into clarity. Trained by renowned organiser Dilly Carter, Emma excels in making spaces functional and joyful. Her service covers a wide range of areas from residential spaces to children’s play areas and more. Emma’s dedication to her clients goes beyond mere organisation; she infuses empathy and understanding, particularly appreciating the emotional weight some possessions hold, especially after her experiences as a widow. In addition to her professional work, Emma is deeply involved in her community, enjoying gardening, HIIT classes, and the culinary delights of Brighton’s restaurant scene.
