DESCRIPTION:Need more membership info or a refresh? We’ll run through the details at the beginning of each session! \n\n\n\nTurn up as you are\, with no pressure or expectations\, just a space to safely share the tasks you’re working on\, and receive the support and accountability that you need. \n\n\n\nThese sessions are for you if you benefit from body doubling\, or perhaps just need a friendly nudge to get off the starting block and help to decide which task to prioritise first. \n\n\n\nWe’ll start on Zoom with a quick check-in\, decide the tasks we wish to focus on\, then adopt the Pomodoro technique (setting specific chunks of time to get the task done)\, and intermittently we will return either on Zoom or via the Heartbeat voice call feature to see how we’re getting on. \n\n\n\nOccasionally\, these sharing spaces can reveal personal situations in each other’s lives\, so please respect that this is a confidential space.
