Meet on the beach just south of Big Beach Cafe in Hove for a morning sea swim. Before braving the cool waters, we will sit together and set an intention for the day and practice deep breathing to warm up our core and focus the mind. The refreshing activity of sea swimming brings great benefits that kick start our immune systems and boost our thinking process, so that we feel energised and with clarity for what we wish to achive for the day ahead. Those who would like to can continue socialising and networking over breakfast in Big Beach Cafe.
