5R's Step Into Spring Well-Being Reset and Clothes Swap

What:

Join us for a Spring well-being reset and clothes swap guaranteed to make you smile, feel great and head home with a new wardrobe!

Jo Child, Bryony Hamerton and Jess Nicks are ecstatic to bring you an energy filled, joyous and impossibly fabulous event that you'll remember for a long time to come. 

*Please respectfully note that due to the nature of this event, prompt arrival is required and late entry is not guaranteed*

11am - Arrival and intros. Please arrive prompt and hand your pre-loved women's clothes in to us on arrival. Clothes only please, no shoes. 

11:15am - Release - verbal release of the stresses and anxieties we hold, released without peer interaction or judgement. Just observed and dissipated to make room for all the positive vibes to come, led by Jo Child

11:30am - Revive - 15 minute dance shake off, led by Jess Nicks.

11:45am  - Refuel - laughter yoga practices to rebalance the energy and bring lightness back into the room, led by Jo Child and Jess Nicks.

Midday - Break

12:15pm  - Relieve - gentle yoga practice, led by Bryony Hamerton. 

12:30pm - Restore -  sound bath and guided meditation to bring the event to a peaceful close, led by Bryony Hamerton.

12:45pm - Time to reflect as the event comes to a close.

1:00pm - Clothes swap opens. 

What to bring:

Water bottle - teas/coffees and biscuits will be provided

Cushion, yoga mat and blanket for the meditation practice

An open mind

A warm heart

A willingness to let go and experience total joy!

Clean, good quality preloved clothing that will be happily accepted into a new home.
